Record books, 1861-1912.

The record books are maintained by the clerk of the court as narrative records of court administrative activities and in the progress of its judicial actions. Included are notations on the cases; lists of jurors; fees; U.S. marshals accounts; entries on the opening, closing, adjournment, and continuance of the term; lists of witnesses; the mileage, days served and reimbursement accounts for witnesses and jurors; and information concerning the court personnel.
